The one that I always crave for: Bun Bo Hue – Spicy Beef Noodle soup. I love it even more than Pho that my boyfriend knows that it’s the key to my heart: taking me out for a bowl of Bun Bo Hue. He falls in love with it, too. So here we are, the project of homemade Bun Bo Hue allowed us to enjoy it comfortably at home!
