Lấy cảm hứng từ món Xôi hoa cau của ngoại, mình tự chế món Xôi ba màu này vởi đậu đỏ và đậu xanh, cho món ăn ngon miệng, đẹp mắt và dinh dưỡng. Và vì mấy thứ đậu cho 3 màu khác nhau nên mình gọi nó là Xôi ba màu.

Tricolor sticky rice

Inspired from the Vietnamese mung bean sticky rice recipe, I create a sticky rice recipe featuring red beans and mung beans that makes the dish nutritious, delicious, and beautiful. With three colors from the beans, the dish is hereby called Tricolor sticky rice.
