Nguồn cảm hứng cho nước sốt tỏi đa năng này để từ tình yêu to bự với món Gà Hàn Quốc ở Left Wings, một tiệm gà rán thơm lừng ở Mesa, Arizona. Bí quyết? Có lẽ là sự hòa trộn kỳ diệu của nước tương, mật ong (hoặc đường phèn), chút muối và tí xíu bột ngọt, nhỉ?

Xôi ba màu

Lấy cảm hứng từ món Xôi hoa cau của ngoại, mình tự chế món Xôi ba màu này vởi đậu đỏ và đậu xanh, cho món ăn ngon miệng, đẹp mắt và dinh dưỡng. Và vì mấy thứ đậu cho 3 màu khác nhau nên mình gọi nó là Xôi ba màu.

Tricolor sticky rice

Inspired from the Vietnamese mung bean sticky rice recipe, I create a sticky rice recipe featuring red beans and mung beans that makes the dish nutritious, delicious, and beautiful. With three colors from the beans, the dish is hereby called Tricolor sticky rice.

My multipurpose garlic sauce

The inspiration for this garlic sauce came from my desire to make highly-addictive Korean Fried Chicken that I have had for a few times at Left Wing – a local wings stop in Mesa, Arizona. The secret, I think, is a lot of garlic infused in the sauce combined from soy sauce, honey or sugar, some M.S.G and a pinch of salt.
