Recipes during my PhD time

Since I live far from home during my PhD study in the US, I’ve always been craved for my home country’s dishes. Even though there are many Vietnamese restaurants here, the flavor is still not the same. Therefore, I have started cooking for myself all those savory recipes, all the dishes that I want, with a little modification to suit the budget of PhD student. Not just that, I would love to explore other cuisines, improve my cooking skills and expand my recipes collection.
